As a family owned real estate company, we strive to represent our buyers and sellers in the best way possible. We are dictated by market trends, but we do everything we can to price homes and find homes that are in the best interest of our clients. We try and make ourselves as available for phone calls, emails, or texts that the day will allow to answer your questions or concerns. Our goal is to help you find or sell your home and make you feel comfortable throughout the process.
Privacy
We never share client information without our clients permission. In sales contracts, buyer and seller information is shown to the parties involved in the transaction, but not to anyone else. Our files are locked in file drawers and anything that is digital is password protected. Privacy is a big concern today and we take it seriously.
Security
Security is a main focus today. We keep our clients files and information in locked file drawers or password protected computers. We do not keep any client information that we do not need. We never share our clients information.
Client contracts
We try to be fair to our clients. If the relationship is not working, we will try and fix anything that is not satisfactory. Sometimes relationships do not work out and we understand that. If we charge a cancellation fee it is only to recover what we had invested in your property. For sellers, anytime marketing material is sent out into the community, there is the potential for a sale, even if it is with another realtor. As a buyer we would only charge a cancellation fee if you have signed an agreement with us, we had shown you numerous properties, and you purchased a home through another competing realtor. Our fee would only be to recoup time and travel.
